I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (Bengaluru) in Jun 2021
Interview
It was quite a difficult interview, the candidate should be very much technical sound and would be well updated with the electrical standards IEC. NEMA ETC. Not much process oriented but should be quite strong in technical.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Electrical standards IEC, NEMA. Mechanical thumb design rules
I had a phone call interview. Then I met in person for 2 more interviews. Overall not a bad experience. Medium-level hardness. The team seemed nice. Great getting to talk with different peoples.
Straightforward, not super difficult but there were a few tricky questions sprinkled in. Some technical questions and some behavioral questions. If you know your stuff you’re fine so just prep before the interview
