Interview
Interview process was straightforward. It was a phone interview. A recruiter will contact you within 24~48 hours after you submit your application via online. It takes only 20minute. They ask you your health condition, truck experience, and the reason why I choose Schneider. Every question is typical. Don't need to worry about that. After finishing the interview, the medical staff will ask about your health, medicines you take, etc.
The Interview process was easy it was no longer than fifteen minutes simple questions if you have any basic experience you should have nothing to worry about that’s my personal experience

Experienced? Other experience? (Both driving and not).
Phone interview with recruiter. Basically just goes over your application to confirm everything. May ask about previous jobs. Pretty simple and doesn’t take long. Just be honest when filling out your application and have clean background/driving record and you will qualify for the position.
