Applied online, received a call about 2 weeks after from a recruiter. She asked questions regarding my employment history, experience and my expectations (expected pay, schedule restrictions, etc). She invited me to a face to face interview at their Santa Ana location. At my second interview, We went over my work experience in more detail and answered some basic interview questions. I was also presented a member scenario and was asked how I would handle it. Received a call about a day later with an offer. If you truly love helping people, you are sure to get the job!
