Interview
I applied online. Received an email shortly after for a screening call with VP of HR. After that, I took an assessment quiz that involved typing skills, some math, and basic computer competency skills. I then went in to a series of interviews with various departments. Everyone was easy to schedule with, responsive, and friendly throughout the process. The process took about 2 months, but I believe my situation was a bit unique and it usually moves a bit quicker.
The process was comfortable, but I'd score it as difficult because of the time commitment required for the multiple steps and assessment.

It was more conversational than a Q & A style interview. Our discussions included questions about my experience, my management style, challenges I've had as a leader, areas I'd like to grow in, etc.

Interview
I was initially contacted via email. I scheduled a phone interview with the VP of HR and then about a week later spoke on the phone with the Regional Manager for the offices I was being considered for. Between the two phone calls I took a personality/skill assessment online that lasted about 45 minutes. After that, I did a small group interview with the same VP as well as the lead doctor at the office I was a candidate for.
We then discussed (again over the phone) compensation, benefits, timeline, etc. I took a final phone interview with a member of the talent committee who I ad not spoken with before. I was then offered the position the following week.
