Schweiger Dermatology Group interview questions

Briefly explaining of how this job will be along with the hiring process and why do you want to work. It was smooth sailing and I spoke with the two people in the process. It just took quite long for a decision. I would say for anyone working there is to just enjoy the whole process.

Very professional and informative without any intimidation. I was screened by phone, took an online proficiency test and had 2 in person interviews. Everyone I met or interacted with by phone during the process was very friendly and down to earth. I appreciated the online screening test because it meant the company is looking for quality applicants. The on boarding process was welcoming, thorough and extremely supportive. By the end of my first day in orientation I was energized and excited about taking the position and working for a great company. They really value strong culture and deliver a passionate mission with great company values.
