Interview
SEL is only good for fresh engineers. You can find this out in interview and hiring process. They ask very basic questions and it sounds they are interviewing for a high school admission not interview for a professional industry job:) I have been a professor with PhD degree in power systems with over 25 transactions papers in IEEE in power systems protection area however, they couldn't understand this and still asked about power multiplications:) and probably they reject me because I had a mistake in multiplications since I did it by my mind and not calculator:)) I don't recommend to work here if you are a professional engineer with a great knowledge in power systems.
I applied online. I interviewed at Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories in Aug 2018
Interview
Initial phone interview for 30 minutes. 20 minutes of behavioral and background questions. 10 minutes of technical questions. The HR recruiter was very polite. Got a response 2 weeks later.
