I know at least for my father that has a lot of job experiences and degrees they seem to sit on their hands longer and more 'hoops' he calls them. He has done the process twice now. They have been getting better about getting back sooner but a lot of room for improvement since 2nd week into a new job they call him back saying he is hired... Say the least he declined.

Interview
They no-showed for my scheduled phone screening, so I rescheduled. During the call, the recruiter kept losing track of the questions and it felt more like an interrogation. The in-person interview was fine and the questions were straightforward. I didn't feel that they really answered my questions, though, they just wanted to ask theirs and proceed with the tour. I dropped out. The process felt weird.

Honestly the hiring people are snobby and can be rude in a very nice way. I have interviewed with them at least 6 times now and 4 of those times have made it to the inner interviews at the location and pass all the tests with flying colors, I could understand if I was applying for a office job, being snobby but I was just applying to put parts into a chip board mon-fri. You guys really need to look at what your hiring for, or have lower class people like the ones applying for assembly, do the hiring. I am not impressed and will probably be taking my skills and experience to Decagon.
