Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories Test Engineer interview questions

Very organized. A recruiter calls first, then moves to the HR. They have a values page that you have to study as well. Decent people to work with but have a lot of technical expectations. I got rejected before the hiring Manager's interview.

I had a one hour phone interview with a rep from human resources. The interview consisted of pretty basic company knowledge and skills-based questions. There were a few technical questions that I requested clarification on, but because the interviewer did not have a technical background they were unable to elaborate.
