Interview
The hiring process consist mcq elimination round, technical round, directorial and HR.40 mcq questions. C# 25, sql 5, web 5, windows 5.
Followed by technical, the interviewer asked questions which are of use in day to day coding. All were basic concept questions which one tends to miss observing.
Some questions on sql, and some questions from web.
The main concentration was to check one's command on c# . If you are good with the basics no prob for you.
Followed by directorial round, 2-3 analytical puzzles, my role based questions and that is all.
Hr round was only salary discussion round. No why sud we hire you, no why want to change bla bla.
Awesome way of hiring candidates.
