You can expect questions about your previous work experience, customer service skills, handling difficult situations, teamwork, and problem-solving, along with behavioural questions using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result). Interviewers often ask why you want to work at Scotiabank, what you know about the company, and how you would build relationships with clients while meeting sales or service goals. Depending on the role, there may also be questions about compliance, financial products, or cash handling. The interview is generally professional but friendly, with an emphasis on communication, integrity, customer focus, and your ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
