I was asked why I'd be a good fit for the job and why I was interested in the job. They flat out told me that I'd basically get a crash course on "how to be a doctor" (basically) over the course of a month. You get a variety of medical terminology to memorize each week and you need to pass the quizzes based on them to be able to get the job. Study hard with flashcards and generally speaking you'll be ok.
