Very easy after assessment and video interview. They ask a series of questions to understand your experience. A few days larer someone calls and make an contingent offer but you have to wait two weeks for the actual offer due to other interviews.

The first step was online interview, around 8 questions, they ask the basic questions of a normal interview and your schedule, but they set up in a way where you are able to record your answer as many time as you want, and the time limit was around 30 sec. After a couple days I received an email from one of senior chiefs at ScribeAmerica wanting to schedule an interview over the phone. It was super easy going and it was about confirming your schedule.
