I applied online 09/15/2016. About 1 week later I received a call from the manager offering me an interview a few days later. I was interviewed by the site manager and director. Quick 10-15 min interview. I received a call few days later asking me if I was interested in a 2nd interview with some of the staff (dr's and MA's). Of course, I agreed.
A few days after that I received a call from HR (John) offering me the position with start dat 10/31/2016.
I did an online interview and then a panel interview with the whole team. Including the hiring manager the Dr. I will be working with and all the other MAs

Interview
I applied and then was quickly scheduled for an interview. The interview was over zoom instead of in person, and now that we are not at the pandemic anymore, I would have preferred for the interview to be in person because they are less awkward. The questions were sort of difficult, but I thought I did well. I eventually was not offered the position.
