applied online. First status showed application received, then it changed to under review, then it changed to hiring manager review, and finally got an email invitation for interview. THe interview day and time was set and you had to either accept or decline the invitation.

There were several panels going on at the same time. In one room, it was my panel interview with someone else's on the other side of the room. I'm not sure about the rest. My panel was with current RNs from different units and no managers or executives.

The interview very short and structured. I felt like interviewers were rushed having to see many people throughout the day. There were two interviewers. Each specialty had their own panel consisting of two people. There were five or six stations total.
