Interview
It was a group interview and it was really easy. They split everyone up into two groups, a gave us a set of legos and instructions, and told us to build it as a group. Then after 5 minutes we had to stop and present what we built to the other group. After that they gave each group a set of cards with situations written on them (like an upset guest yells at you, or a child is missing) and we had to make a skit out of it and present it to the other group. As long as you participated you were pretty much given the job.
