Easiest interview ever! I was very nervous before the interview and it really wasn't necessary lol It was a group observational interview and it was pretty fun! First you'll register with the secretary (I got there 30 min. before my actual interview and they took me in earlier), then you wait a couple of minutes until someone comes out and calls a couple of people, you walk to the interviewing area where there are 2 tables and 2 more people waiting there to observe the group and make annotations, then they divide the group into 2 groups (we were 10 so 5 to each table). Then, the interviewer explains what you'll be doing. First task is to pick a stuffed animal from a table, introduce yourself, say the job you applied for and then say why you picked that animal. Second task is to do a puzzle as a group. Third and final task is to answer 2 scenario questions as a group and that's it!! After that you just go wait in the lobby till they call you so they can review your application, availability and offer you a position or not, and if they do hire you then you go to another room where you fill out some paper work and get your fingers scanned. Pretty chill interview and I'm happy with the process. Expect to be there for at least 3-4 hours.
