I applied online. I interviewed at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment (San Antonio, TX)
Interview
Several weeks after submitting an online application, an employee from human resources (HR) attempted to call me to schedule an interview. He called from a restricted number. I didn't answer, and he sent me an e-mail saying that they were trying to contact me to set up an interview. I called HR back with the phone number that the HR employee left on my phone's Google screening service and in the e-mail (same phone number left in both places). The interview occurred over the phone two days after being contacted by HR. I interviewed with two employees who I believe were heads of the department of the position that I applied for. Neither interviewer was the HR employee whom I spoke with. The employees were very friendly and described the position in depth at the beginning of the interview. The interview lasted about half an hour and was very difficult. (I wrote down as many questions as I could remember in order to add them to Glassdoor later on to help prevent other job seekers from struggling with the questions the way that I did.) At the end of the interview, the employees told me that hopefully, HR would contact me in a few days. The interview was on a Friday, and I was contacted the following Tuesday with a job offer for a position for Instructor I.
