The recruitment process started with a self-introduction video. Second step was a phone screening with HR. The next steps were a roleplay and an interview with the hiring manager and the sales director, which happened in one session for convenience. The talent acquisition specialist in charge of my recruitment, Silvia, was very helpful every step of the way. Communication with Searchmetrics was very clear in general, which was a big plus for me.
