1st round w/ recruiter 2nd round w/ CHRO & other HRBP Both very pleasant conversations, personable and transparent about the challenges associated with both the role and the company as a whole. Questions on skills and past experience but equally on motivation and ambition - all interviewers showed genuine interest in the person on the other side of the table. Some weeks of radio silence following the 2nd round before a decision was communicated - could have been handled better, but didn't detract much from the overall positive impression.
