Searchmetrics interview questions

First, the company and the interview partners were briefly introduced. Then I was allowed to introduce myself. Questions were then asked about how I would proceed or act in certain situations and also some questions about myself as a person.

There was a multi-stage interview process. Interviews with HR, with the head of the department and with a senior specialist in my area of work. On one of the calls I was given a test assignment, which was discussed on the last deciding call. The test was interesting. I had to assess client problems on real websites and suggest ways of solving them.
