Two phone interviews, then asked if I would drive to the interview 255 miles away. I said in my previous job they paid my way. I received no comment, that should have been a RED flag. In person interview went well until I asked about the state of the company. The interviewer avoided the question, probably one of the worst interviewers I have seen, very animated with facial expressions and talking about himself, on my drive home I made the decision that this place was not for me. I got very bad vibes STAY AWAY from Sears Home Service.
