Interview

First interview with HR, Second interview with team manager. There was no in-depth technical interview. Positions within this company are determined by certifications, not time in position. IE, tech II requires an EPA certification, while tech III requires HVAC. Process was quite simple and was complete in about 3-weeks (including pre-employment screening)
