Interview
It was very relaxed! Done over zoom because of COVID-19. It was more of a conversation than an interview, which meant that I never felt on edge. Overall, great experience and made me more excited about the job.
I interviewed for SPARKS study at the Seattle Children and the interview went nicely. I was not accepted and emailed them asking for the reason and they emailed me back with reasonable responses.

Describe your experience with a child that you encounter at your previous work
Phone Interview then In Person Interview. They gave a tour of the research facility during the in-person interview. Said they would call within a week but did not get a notice until over a month later.
