I applied through Seattle Children's online career site. After 2 weeks, I received an email to do a 30 minutes phone interview. The last step was an in-person interview with three people in the lab.

3 people in panel interview. Very informal. Asked me what I had done in my previous lab. Looked over resume, and asked me some questions from it. Interview lasted like 20 minutes. I was hired 3 days later.

Brief phone interview with only general questions. Upon learning about my experience as an undergraduate in a plant biology lab they asked if I knew anything about human biology. despite my repeated assurances that i was well versed in human biology, from that point on they seemed unhappy with my answers. It also seemed like the phone interview was the first time they were actually looking at my resume.
