I interviewed before the RN residency started in 2016 so it was just the hiring manager. I believe now it is a longer process with a panel of nurse managers.

Interview
There was a tour followed by an interview. The interview was two panel interviews back to back with the first being a panel of managers and the second a panel of peers.
