I was first contacted by an HR recruiter who set up a phone screening! She gave me some details about the program and asked about my availability. After the call, she set me up with an interview with the manager of the unit I applied for. The interview went pretty well and the staff were super friendly and personable! I was asked a series of behavioral interview questions, and then was invited to ask questions of my own. Super easy process overall!

They asked many questions, such as technical and situational questions. Really try to get you to talk about yourself and your experiences in nursing, especially for that unit speciality. Typical interview style, but prepare well. Formal, but easy to converse with the interviewer.
