I got a call from a recruiter about setting up a webex interview with the unit manager and did a brief phone interview. Then I interviewed with one of the unit managers through webex. The interview was about 30 minutes long. They were mostly behavioral type questions. I believe I got a call back for a job offer a week later.

The care coordinator who interviewed me was driving and clearly was not listening to me. I feel disrespected during the interview and I was very excited to interview with them. I will not be applying to this hospital when I graduate from nursing school. There are so many better hospital in the Seattle that specialize in pediatrics.
