      Easy interview

      Application

      I interviewed at Seattle Children's

      Interview

was asked several behavioral questions which isn't too difficult if you are prepared. One RN from the behavioral unit was pretty rude, forgot his name but it was a dude in his 40s - 50s. for follow up questions I asked a valid question like what's the work culture like, he reads a whole paragraph from some paper including some safety issues like violence that we might encounter and then ask "well do you still want the job?" a week later I got a call saying I was rejected because of some "safety" issue like boundaries during the interview (all I said during the interview was that I will be mindful of patient-staff boundaries while emotionally caring for my patient) which I find it pretty bs considering all my responses were good but it's whatever because I don't want to work with rude people anyway and both interviews give off really bad vibes. one of them was even eating snacks while interviewing.

      Question 1

describe a time when you encounter a safety issue or something like that
