Interview
Interview process was fairly standard if a little long. There was a couple initial screenings then a take home then a deep dive followed by 4 rounds of culture fit interviews, all spread out over about 1.5 months.
Overall the process took a little long but that's fine, the big issue was the communication from the recruiter. I'd go weeks with no replies to emails, get interviews scheduled with incorrect job descriptions, get told something would be sent and never receive it, etc. I definitely did not feel like a priority during this process so just be warned you may have to follow up more than usual, and will go stretches of this process wondering if you've been completely ghosted.
The other very odd thing was that the values panel interview I was only asked strictly social questions, not work related ones. All questions had to be through a social lens which was kind of awkward and I wasn't really prepared for that. There was also a really nebulous #meToo movement question in there which I had no personal experience of to speak to.

Question 1
When's a time you went out of your way to help a coworker? (but the answer could not be work related)
Company is new, and the first thing that was apparent was they are still working out their interview process. I will leave out the nitty gritty issues I had, as I felt they were more cumulative of a bunch of little things that ultimately lead to this feeling like a negative experience. They seem like a cool group of people that enjoy their work. Just be prepared to have to advocate for yourself in the interview process.
