The entire process contained 3 interview in total. 2 phone screenings plus one quasi super day on-site visit. The first interview was one of the most detailed phone sceenings of my life. The interview was askinng about specifics, processes, and lessons learned from the most minute bullet points on me resume. The interviewer thoroughly went through my entire resume, to a degree I've never seen anyone do before. The second interview focused more on my personal professional journey as well as why I am in the field I am currently pursuing. These questions seemed less geared towards skills assement and more towards cultural fit. The third interview was a lengthy on-site and included a presentation, 1:1s, and a few panel style interviews. The interviewers come from technical and non-technical roles and ask you respective questions to match. Questions ranged from understanding the Electrical Engineering Consultancy space, and its intersection with People Operations.
