Very smooth process from initial application to on boarding. I was contacted within a few days of application to setup a phone interview with talent acquisition - we reviewed the role and description, pay band, and interview steps. The second interview was with the department manager and was done via phone and expanded on the role and description, and felt more like a conversation than a hard hitting interview. I also completed an assessment that was both fun and challenging at the same time. Then came a verbal offer and invite to meet with the CEO for final approval. The interview with the CEO was the hardest step but still very interesting and unique. I knew that whichever way the decision landed, I’d be left with a positive impression of the company.
