I had a telephonic chat, one interview on Teams, one in person interview, one logical reasoning test. I was to go on to meet with the CEO, but after reaching the final stages, my interview process was put on hold because other candidates applied for the position. I was on hold while they completed the process with the other candidates for about 6 weeks after which I received a rejection. They really do care more about your personality and intelligence, as opposed to your experience.
