I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Securitas (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2023
Interview
very easy and super quick. I appreciated that the person was so genuine and considerate of my time. It really helped that I do not have a job. I really wish I would have gotten the job but you know what they say, everything happens for a reason and I think the reason for me was so that I could go on to do bigger and better things!
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Securitas (Portland, OR) in May 2018
Interview
Phone interview - basic and easy.
Panel interview via remote location. Questions were unexpected and a bit arrogant. They absolutely expect you to know everything about their company prior to the interview. Most of my questions were regarding things about their company I would only have known had I worked there. Every person I met was an older white male. I did not see any diversity. They said their biggest challenge was keeping employees as many of their employees leave for “a 0.25 pay difference.” However they had no plans for or interest in employee development or training. The pay offered for this operations management position was less than the starting pay for entry level positions in the area. After the third interview question I was absolutely sure this was not a company I would work for. Ever. Worst interview I’ve ever had and I was thankful they didn’t offer me a position.
