I don’t usually write reviews, but this one I feel had to be shared. The 1st level HR person missed TWO scheduled appointments with me for a first interview. Finally, on the 3rd try she showed up. When she did, 15 minutes into the call she said it wasn’t going to work out. That the company was looking for someone with more recent Customer Service Manager experience. This was already on my resume, that I had my own business most recently. That was already clearly listed on my resume. What a waste of time! Be aware if you go with this company. If their HR is anything like how they operate, it’s a mess.
