Complete the challenge site, then have multiple phone interviews with SI engineers. I read going into it that it was a pretty exhaustive process. While it was definitely difficult, it is slightly easier for interns than for full-time applicants, which is nice. That said, it's not difficult for the sake of being difficult. Everything has a reason to it and makes sense.
