      Question 1

There weren't really any of the odd, unexpected interview questions you sometimes get. The questions were all pretty straightforward and based off the questionnaire I completed. For example: Please rank order the following attributes from your greatest(1) to weakest strengths(8): Demand Gen Product Marketing Board Communication PR and Corporate Communications Customer Marketing Field Marketing Digital, Branding & Design Channels & Alliances

      Question 2

What do you think is critical to consider when trying to grow a hyper-growth company from the 50m to the 100m range? What needs to change in terms of messaging and GTM?

      Interview

I was reached out to directly from security scorecard. I was told I would be moving on to the next steps and was told me they had to follow company procedures which were to go thru their recruiting agency. This was in June. Two weeks went by and the recruiting agency finally scheduled an interview only to not show up. Then rescheduled for another two weeks later. Told me it would be a other2 weeks. I waited the two weeks and then . I reached out to the agency 15 days ago to see where they were at in the process and no response, All the reviews saying that they ghost you are correct. I’m not hurt. I’ve already accepted another offer while this company dragged their feet, I just wanted to post the review to let others know that this company’s hiring process is terrible.

      VP of Marketing Interview

      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at SecurityScorecard in Jan 2021

      Interview

Recruited contacted me by email to arrange a call. Minutes before the call, the recruiter said he had to reschedule. At first he did not respond. Eventually he responded and we rescheduled. Minutes before second attempt to connect, he said he was called to another meeting and needed to reschedule. He then said he would call the next day but he never did. He never responded after that. I contacted the head of talent but while she accepted my linkedin invite, she did not respond with any notes. I would not want to work for any company that treats candidates like this. IMO, it's an indicator of how they treat their employees.

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at SecurityScorecard (Orem, UT) in Jan 2021

      Interview

Got an email invitation to chat with their inhouse recruiter. After scheduling a time, I worked hard to prepare for the interview. On the day of the interview, and minutes before the call, the recruiter sent a note stating he had been called to meet with executives and would need to reschedule. Per his request, I provided available times. He did not respond. I waited a few days and asked for status. He responded and said he would call at a certain time. Minutes before the call, he sent another note and said, he has to push the call AGAIN. I provided times per his request. he said he would call at a certain date. He did not. I contacted the head of talent. While she accepted my linkedin invite to connect, she did not respond to my concerns. Preparing for these calls is not easy. This was rather disrespectful of people's time. In my experience, these types of organizations have a culture that is does not care about people.
