Interview
I got in via an employee referral, and they put me through the wringer with 5 rounds of interviews + a take-home assignment + a final presentation. During this process, I had to work with 3 different recruiters and follow up after each stage myself as I wouldn't hear back over a week after each interview. The worst part is that they started ghosting me after the final presentation, i.e. I never heard back from them ever again, no acceptance, no rejection, just radio silence. My contact there even checked internally but never got a word on what happened.
Have to say in my 10+ years of career, I have never dealt with a company that expects so much out of a candidate but puts in so little to show the basic respect of their time. Something is fundamentally wrong with the recruiting/HR function.
