First interview was with recruiter, pretty standard conversation until I was told that they currently don't have any openings for the position I applied for but they will interview me for a similar role. That was the first red flag but I went along with it because it is still within a career field I was interested in. Second interview was with the hiring manager, they were running a bit late which wasn't a big deal until they informed me that they had a meeting conflict so my interview would be cut short by 15 min (from 45 min). I had to present a project I did so it took most of the time and I didn't have time to ask any questions and felt very rushed. They were looking for very specific skillsets that were not mentioned on the job description so that also took me by surprise. I did not get the job but I felt like I had dodged a bullet. If my time and career expectations were not respected during the interview, I cannot imagine what it would be like if I got the job. It's a shame because it sounded like an amazing company.
