Avoid this place!! There is no interview process in this company. Was scheduled to meet someone. Meeting got cancelled. No explanation why. Then Interviewer changes. A few more folks get added to the list. Rinse and repeat. 2 of 4 were no show/no explanation. Also only available times for interviews seem to be >5pm. The ones who showed and their replacements articulated a culture of turnover and fear. When asked about why all this turnover I got 1. not everyone is suited for this place 2. we are growing super fast. When i dig in to "who is suited" the answer is "if we pick you that means you are". This is a circular answer and avoids the question. And btw. if you had a healthy growth there would be opportunities to grow and no need to leave. As an applicant there are so many VC/PE backed companies with a positive engaging culture. SS is none of that. They really need to raise their game.
