The overall process took 6 weeks and in the end got ghosted. Started off with a phone screen, 4 virtual interviews, an assignment on product mgmt and a final readout to the founders. Sad to say they completely missed the point that product innovation is not about one person generating innovative ideas, it is about harvesting good ideas from many different sources and taking them to a product market fit. The founders were pretty rude during the readout, and there was no decision in the end, ghosted with no more info.
