Interviews were great. Nice people, Met with Director, a VP, another SA. Completed a behavioral and cognitive ability assessment. Then I was turned over to their TA/HR team. I had to follow up with them- they finally reached out and asked to setup a final interview. I provided dates/times. I didn't hear back for a week, contact said they were busy due to SKO. And then I was promptly ghosted. I tried reaching out two more times after that, and never got a reply. I thought for sure I wouldn't be ghosted like others mentioned on here. Unfortunately, I was. I have never been ghosted before in the process of trying to setup a final interview. After an interview or submitting an application? Sure. But this was new to me! Seemed like great people to work with, just clearly have some problems in the talent acquisition process.
