I was "GHOSTED" in the middle of the interview process. I sat for a pair of phone screenings, and was asked to complete a personality test and submit a response to a writing exercise. We discussed and agreed to a due date (end of week) during the interview, but was given a shorter timeline in a following email. I still managed to turn in the request by the due date, but never received any confirmation or feedback. I sent a pair of follow-up emails requesting some sort of response, but have yet to receive one after 4 months.
