Unprofessional and Disorganized Sent in an application for a position. Got a reply from a personal email that the application was rejected. (I thought it was strange they did this instead of the standard no-reply email.) I was extremely qualified for the position, so I asked the recruiter to be more specific, and they responded by sending me a calendar invite for the position that I got rejected for. This was extremely confusing and I asked for some clarification but didn't receive any. The company doesn't really give the impression that it knows what it's doing.
