I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sedgwick (Atlanta, GA) in May 2011
Interview
Recruiter set up face to face interview with hiring manager. Interview was fairly easy and relaxed. Questions were based off experience, a few behavioral questions, for example, "tell me about a time you went over and beyond the call of duty", strengths, weaknesses, etc. Personality test was also required tone considered for position.

Phone call from recruiter, simple interviewed with potential supervisor, then 2nd interview with supervisor and manager. Basic questions about self and work history , not the typical behavioral style. Heard back within a week.
The interview process was a recorded session, that asks various personality questions and work situation experiences. Your answers are recorded. It was simple and they even give you time to practice your answer.
