A senior recruiter interviewed me on a virtual call. I felt the interview went very well and left feeling positive and optimistic. We had a great dialogue and she provided a lot of information about field structure, reporting , office and basic performance expectations. She said the director of stores would be selecting who would move forward. I sent a follow up email a few days later but never got a reply. The next week I got a very brief automated rejection email. I wasn’t selected to move forward.
