I was contacted out of the blue by the SEO director and was told that I looked like I was a great fit for role on the SEO team. A time was set to meet with the recruiter for the first initial interview. Typically, the first interview is to ask questions and see if I qualify for the next round of interviews. The recruiter was late to the call, was very frantic and explained that she was stacked with other SEO interviews. I was really only given about 22 minutes for the interview as a whole, and trying to be considerate of her time, I did not ask questions at the end. I felt like I was rushed and I do not feel that I got a decent shot at presenting myself. I was not offered to proceed to the next round of interviews because I did not have experience in a Seer compatible environment. My resume and Linkedin show that I do have the experience required, but again, I do not think I was given the real attention to show this.
