I was contacted by a recruiter a few days after applying asking to set up an interview. Once confirmed the recruiter sent over a lot of great information about the company as well as interview prep and what to expect. They truly start you off in the right foot with and as someone who is neurodivergent, it felt great knowing generally what to expect. The subsequent step interviews came pretty quickly after that initial call. They even give you feedback from your interviews if you aren’t chosen for the role or to move to the next step which is much appreciated when most companies send the same generic email to all candidates to don’t move forward with. From the interview process you can tell the company cares a lot about the candidate experience which usually translate to employees being treated really well. I was bummed not to get an offer for the role but have no complaints about the interviewing process.
