Very positive experience interviewing for Sibson. The process was thorough and thoughtful. It consisted of 2 phone interviews, an in person interview and an interview with HR. I enjoyed meeting with the interviewers and everyone at the firm was very professional and personable.

Question 1
What are the things you are really great at and what are some of the things you aren’t so great at.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Segal (New York, NY) in Feb 2016
Interview
Received an email to set up a phone interview. The phone interview went well, with the interviewer asking me to come in for an in person on the spot. My schedule was booked for the times offered so we agreed to follow up by email, which I did with available dates and times. The interviewer responded that she'd get back to me. I held dates open in my schedule (which isn't easy) and never heard back. I followed up, the interviewer said she'd get back to me again. Never got back in touch. I followed up again and never received a response. I can handle a rejection. Things happen, people aren't a good fit -- I understand. This just wasn't handled professionally at all. A follow up email or call was in order.
