Multiple stages. Screening phone interview, multiple phone interviews with current employees, on-site interview with several people, on-site case study, and a lunch outing. It is a very long process (over 90 days) and you may need to entertain multiple job interviews concurrently. You can learn a lot from this process, but don't think you've won until you have signed paperwork!
I applied online. I interviewed at Segal (New York, NY) in Apr 2017
Interview
It was a single day interview. I am glad it was because it was efficient. Met with about 5 people. Enjoyed the conversations and everybody was very professional. Better than other interviews I’ve been on.
