Question 1
What would you do if you're behind on a project with a pressing deadline?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Segal (New York, NY) in Apr 2018
Interview
I got an invitation for a phone interview a week after submitting my resume. The phone interview was very straight forward. It seemed like they were just checking to make sure that you speak good English. It lasted approximately 10 mins.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Segal in Nov 2017
Interview
I applied for the job, then got an email from HR and set up an interview with them. You can expect the usual HR questions from them. Overall, it's an easy interview. However, you can also expect HR to hoodwink you. At the end of the interview, HR was asking me about my availability for next round interviews, which implied that I made it to the second round. I provided my hours of availability, and they told me that they'll get back to me the next day with the time at which I'll do my second round interview. They never ended up contacting me back. Even though I reached out and followed up over the next week, I didn't get a single response or answer from them. Complete hoodwink.
